As part of our initiative to enable better physical and mental health in society, we sponsor several women's sports associations. We are delighted to be able to support young women, to continue to encourage a more equal, inclusive and healthy society.
RESPECT THE PLANET
Our commitment to reducing our negative climate impact is an important pillar in everything we do. We are far from perfect - but strive to appear more sustainable, bit by bit. Our goal is to be completely carbon dioxide neutral before the year 2030. In order to achieve this, we are working towards various goals that will reduce our footprint on the climate. We review our own operations continuously, to ensure that our production lines, supply chains, warehouses and offices have as little impact on the climate as possible. In addition to that, we climate compensate for the negative impact our operations have on our planet. Read more further down the page to see how we work with our sustainability goals.

The electricity supply to our head office must be through renewable energy from solar panels, before the year 2023.

As part of our social responsibility, we strive to be a good player in the communities we operate in. For us, it is important to be inclusive, fair and charitable in all our relationships. According to us, this means being as good an employer and supplier as we possibly can. We therefore work to ensure that we are respectful and responsive at all stages of our supply chains. We are happy to be an equal organization, and consider representation of women and men in our board and management team to be a matter of course (currently: 40% women, 60% men in management team, 50%/50% in board).
